How does shipping and delivery work?

✔︎ Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery until it reaches its destination.

• Multiple item shipments: If you purchase multiple items in a single order, they may be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your complete order as quickly as possible.
• Delivery times:
• Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
• Standard Shipping: 4 to 8 business days.
• Standard shipping is free and Express Shipping with a fee of $11.

What is your return policy?

✔︎ We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

However, not all items are eligible for returns. Products excluded from our return policy will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Return eligibility criteria:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and shipped via mail within 30 days from the delivery/receipt date.
2. Item(s) must not be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless defective.
3. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in "new" condition, including:
• Tags intact and attached.
• Special packaging (boxes, ribbons, etc.) in good condition.
4. A photo of the item(s) must be provided before shipping the return, so we can assess the condition.

How to initiate a return:

1. Email hello@feercy.com with the subject: "Return - Order #[OrderNumber]".
2. Include the following in your email:
• Photo(s) of the product showing its current condition.
• Order number and purchase details.
3. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions to complete your return.
